Suzu-yaki (珠洲焼) is an unglazed stoneware fired in a wood kiln, its deep charcoal surface born from the iron-rich clay of the Noto Peninsula. Each plate is shaped to cradle a single stick or cone of incense, turning a daily ritual into a moment of stillness.
