Welcome to The Zen Artisan. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Our products We sell handcrafted Suzu-yaki pottery, incense, and related goods. Because our pieces are handmade, each one is unique, and product photographs are representative — your piece may vary slightly in colour, shape, and texture.

Pricing and availability All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We produce in small batches, so items may sell out or be limited in quantity. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

Orders When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking.

Payment Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment details.

Intellectual property All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of The Zen Artisan or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Limitation of liability We take great care in crafting, describing, and packing our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
